The Leadership Challenge® is now available online in a new eLearning format!

Join in on this fast-start interactive 6-session facilitator-led program based on the best selling book, The Leadership Challenge. The web-based training is designed to provide participants with all of the tools needed to start applying The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® including the leading assessment tool, The Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI).

Although the learning is virtual, leaders can expect to be fully engaged through the use of chatting, small group discussions, polling and video examples. At the end of each training session, participants will be challenged to practice one new leadership behavior for one week and report their results at the next training session. Who Should Attend
We welcome leaders at every level, including those who are new to a leadership position, those who are curious about learning more on the subject of leadership, and those interested in examining their leadership behaviors using a proven assessment tool (LPI).

The first introductory 90-minute session on Friday, January 29, sets the stage for the participant’s leadership journey. The next five sessions, held on subsequent Fridays, are each 60 minutes in length. Each session starts at 10:00am Pacific Standard Time.

Course Instructor
Nancy Duling Nancy is a Leadership Challenge Certified Facilitator and Certified eLearning Facilitator with over 18 years experience in the training and development field. From preparing new supervisors for their role to showing leaders how to increase their impact, Nancy draws from her personal experience to increase people’s personal effectiveness. Her key to success as a facilitator is to always keep the learner in mind…keep the content practical, the learner engaged, and the environment fun.
